About Erin
Aloha, I’m Erin Clapper, Realtor® and Principal Broker of REMAX Hawai‘i Maui.
Raised on Maui, I’m a proud graduate of Maui High School and the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, where I earned degrees in Hawaiian Language and Fashion Design & Merchandising. I began my career in real estate in 2006 and have proudly been with the same firm ever since. Over the years, I’ve built my business as a full-time Realtor®, helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.
Whether I’m guiding first-time buyers, helping island families come home, or working with investors to achieve their goals, my focus is always on listening, understanding, and delivering results. My clients know me for my professionalism, strong work ethic, and genuine care, but also for creating a welcoming, down-to-earth experience throughout the process.
For me, real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about helping people find their place to call home. My lifelong roots on Maui run deep and my strong ties to the community are what inspired my tagline: “Helping Island Families Come Home.”
